Vancouver comes to Brighton! ICEx at Terre a Terre


After Chef Matty’s Successful Takeover of The Parker Restaurant in Vancouver this January. Now it’s our turn to play host!

Chef Felix from The Parker will work with team Terre à Terre to deliver his menu, accompanied with drinks from organic winery Summerhil in BC, Canada (assuming importing them into the UK goes well!) English Vineyards and Blackdown Spirits.

To begin

Amuse Bouche of Beetroot Tartare

Followed by

Roast Cauliflower with three textures and red pepper purée

Char-grilled Mushrooms, Truffled Chawanmushi, Crispy Leeks

Hand-made Gnocchi, Broccoli, Fava Beans

Hand-made Aubergine Dumplings, Spring Onion, Pine Nut Thai Curry

To finish

Cheesecake, Endive Jam, Shortbread

Vegan and No Gluten options will be available
