The Three Chefs: International Chef Exchange supper


For ONE NIGHT ONLY experience three of Brighton’s top chefs in one restaurant.

Join us for this very special evening that sees three top chefs – all of who have participated in the festival’s International Chef Exchange with partner restaurants in Holland – come together for one amazing meal. Rob Carr of Hotel du Vin, Andrew MacKenzie from the restaurant at drakes, and Michael Bremner of 64 Degrees, unite to prepare a supper inspired by their experiences of cooking with their partner chefs in Holland, for an audience of 40 people.

You’ll enjoy a welcome drink of Blackdown Sussex Spirits’ Gin & Fevertree tonic. Each course will be accompanied by wine including Ridgeview Wine Estate’s award-winning Fitzrovia, and a final course of a cheese board from La Cave à Fromage accompanied by Blackdown Sussex Spirits’ Elderberry Port.

The festival’s Andrew Kay will chat with the chefs about their dishes and some of the tricks of the trade. Three chefs, three courses, three great wines, and a fabulous cheese course, all for just £55. What’s not to like?!
