The Great Growers Menu – 2 courses 19.95
Savoury lemon thyme bread & butter pudding granary seed goats cheese topped, pickled onion and sorrel jelly, chard coleslaw, cheddar crisp, caramelised onion puree and beer gel served with Harveys hops dressed Stanmer leaves, pickles and herbs, slow cooked egg, skinny fries with herby garlic whipped butter and malt salt. Accompanied with a hoppy Sussex ale shot with a Grana Padana froth top.
Gooseberry and Elderflower Dome
Baked Italian meringue dome filled with gooseberry ice cream sitting on Kirsch vanilla sponge and an almond and hazelnut Florentine, served with elderflower gooseberry compote, mini Kirsch parfait, peppered strawberry and basil puree finished with caramelised hazelnut.
Running until the 18th July – subject to availability of produce.
