Sussex Gourmet Bus Tour delights Brighton & Hove hospitality businesses


Chefs and restaurateurs from 40 Brighton & Hove hospitality businesses jumped aboard a special trade version of the Sussex Gourmet Bus Tour sponsored by NFU Mutual, Skoff and Mayo Wynne Baxter on Tuesday 12 May.

The trade tour visited BNFS fish in Portslade, Bedlam Brewery and Albourne Wine Estate near Hassocks, and finished at The Bull pub in Ditchling with a lunch sponsored by Ritter Courivaud. Guests from Drakes, La Cave à Fromage, Hotel du Vin, Ginger Dog, Indian Summer, Terre à Terre, The Chilli Pickle, Graze, Sabai Thai, Moshimo, Boho Gelato, AguaDulce, The Manor, The Cyclist and more then enjoyed sampling with Ridgeview Wine Estate, Blackdown Spirits, Enotria wine, Premier Cheese, Macs Farm Eggs and South Downs Water.
