The team at Isaac At are celebrating this month, as it’s a year since they opened their doors as a permanent restaurant in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine. Growing from a weekend pop-up to offering their South Coast tasting experience five evenings a week, head chef Isaac Bartlett-Copeland is excited about what’s still to come.
“Opening Isaac At is the best thing I’ve ever done”, says Isaac. “You only live once and there’s something about putting everything you have into something that is so satisfying. I’ve learnt a lot over the past year and feel lucky to have such an amazing team – they are the best part of the business. My priority now is to continue to build our reputation and focus on creating the perfect dining experience, with great food and impeccable service”.
