Guernsey’s top chef, Simon Mckenzie of Bella Luce took over the kitchen of Market Restaurant to showcase the very best produce from Guernsey. The five course tasting menu was accompanied by gins from Wheadon’s gins -Guernsey’s oldest liquor producer. Distiller Luke Wheadon presented his gins alongside Simon’s specially chosen menu.
