An all-new addition to the food festival line-up, Food Lab is challenging the city’s most creative chefs and the county’s best producers to join together to create a fusion dish or product for a one-off tasting event at 64 Degrees.
Producers include Sarah Thompson (Blackdown Sussex Spirits), Simon Roberts (Ridgeview Wine Estate), Edmund Jenner (Harveys Brewery), Alan Tomlins (Small Batch Coffee Company), Sarah Payne (Cocoa Loco) and David Deaves (La Cave à Fromage), whilst our chefs are Matty Bowling (Terre à Terre), Michael Bremner (64 Degrees), Alun Sperring (The Chilli Pickle), Seb Cole (Boho Gelato), Jeremy Ashpool & Jimmy Gray (Jeremy’s Restaurant) and Julien Plumart (Boutique Et Salon De Thé). Who works with who will be completely random, but we’re expecting great – and delicious – things!
